Salary: $59,288.33 per year
The UCE-FIT Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) dictates the compensation, benefits, and conditions of employment. Hiring Salary: $59,288.33 per year with step increments per Salary Schedule 90, after one year of service and annually thereafter.
Work Schedule
Days/Hours: M-F, 9am-5pm, in person; work schedule subject to change based on needs of the department.

Administrative Support & Office Operations
- Provide administrative support to the Director, including document preparation, report generation, data tracking, and coordination of office procedures.
- Manage front office operations, ensuring efficient workflows and organized recordkeeping systems.
- Track and maintain information related to appointments, reports, budgets, and administrative processes.
- Coordinate and distribute meeting minutes and related documentation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and telephone inquiries, delivering professional, courteous, and student-centered service.
- Create a welcoming, kind, and inclusive environment for students and campus visitors.
- Respond to inquiries, and direct visitors to the appropriate resources within the Academic Advisement Center and the College.
- Support appointment coordination and scheduling for advising services.
- Work with the Director to manage and maintain the Starfish Student Success Platform.
- Maintain accuracy of student service data and assist with system-related processes.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, special events, and receptions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and communication.
- Prepare, track, and distribute minutes and event-related documentation.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and tracking systems to support office operations and analysis.
- Assist in compiling data for reports and administrative review.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree required.
- 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience working in a higher education or student services environment.
- Familiarity with student success platforms (e.g., Starfish or similar systems).
- Strong organizational skills, including experience developing or maintaining office procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills; professional, courteous, tactful, and responsive in telephone and email communications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding office environment.
