This is an opportunity to work with a variety of clients in different industries, deal with a wide variety of issues and move into a partnership position. Most of their clients are on fixed retainers so they have gotten away for the billable hours rut.We are looking for an attorney with 4 or more years of legal experience and who has worked in one or more of the following areas of the law: SEC and M&A, employment law, contracts, IP, tax, civil litigation or corporate transactions. Must have bar membership and can work in Manhattan.
