This role requires excellent client skills and a collaborative spirit. Your responsibilities will include representing clients in court and before administrative government agencies. You’ll manage cases from start to finish and handle case preparation. Strong communication skills will be key as you draft responses to written discovery requests, objections, and designations of prior testimony.
