WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Previous experience in customer service is preferred. We just ask that you meet the following qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent computer skills
• Customer service skills
• Motivated with the ability to multitask

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

We offer full-time and part-time roles. Hours are:

• Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5:30 PM
• Saturdays, 8 AM–1 PM
• Weekend opportunities

In this position, you'll be the friendly face and voice that helps our customers from start to finish. You'll check clients in and out of vehicle rentals, complete rental contracts, and ensure vehicles are ready for their next journey by managing inventory and prepping cars. You'll also answer phones and assist customers with their inquiries, all while ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally. Every day brings something new, and your efforts will help keep our auto repair operations moving and our customers happy.
