EZ 4x4, LLC is a manufacturing company of aftermarket automotive accessories. We sell to mass market major retailers including Amazon and also on our website. Our E- Commerce business has seen steady growth and we are in the need of several Order Entry/Customer Service Representatives.
Our ideal candidate possess experience in the E-Commerce industry. Experience with major retailers and order processing. Amazon VC & Seller experience a plus. They will have the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating excellence in customer service. Must be detailed oriented and highly organized. We are looking for someone ambitious and that takes the initiative to make sure the job is completed accurately with deadlines. The ability to work well in a team environment are ideal for this position.
Responsibilities Include:
E-Commerce processing & portal maintenance
Logistic knowledge-small parcel & LTL (Domestic & International)
EDI (electronic data interchange)
Answer inquiries from : Retailers, Customers & Shippers
Order/ Data Entry MUST BE PROFICIENT IN DATA ENTRY
Candidate Requirements:
Read, write and understand the English language
Work independently, at times under pressure
