** Insurance License Required** P&C/Personal Lines or Life License The Customer Service Representative will work to maximize positive customer experiences by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues as they arise. They will communicate with internal and external customers about basic underwriting guidelines, policies, and marketing initiatives to service accounts.Base Pay CommissionResponsibilities:Provide general clerical support including correspondence, photocopying, preparing mailings, faxing, and filing, collating using software and Agency Management SystemResolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolutionAssists existing customers with product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and servicesRequirements• Must be willing to obtain in the future or currently hold a Property & Casualty license.(We will provide study material for candidates that do not currently hold insurance license, Agent will pay for your license)• Strong communication skills (verbal/written and interpersonal skills)• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows, Internet)• Quick Learner and a team player.• Committed to growth.• Must pass credit and background check.
