Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required).
- Must be able to obtain or currently hold a valid Property & Casualty and/or Life, Health, and Accident license in the State of Missouri
Responsibilities

- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to understand their unique insurance needs.
- Present and sell insurance policies including auto, home, life, and commercial products.
- Customize insurance plans to suit client needs and recommend coverage options.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements.
