Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities to attract new clients and expand the customer base
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through ongoing communication and service
- Present insurance products and coverage options tailored to client needs
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and follow-up
- Utilize marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales goals and earn commissions and performance based bonuses
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and promote insurance products
- Analyze market trends and client data to identify new sales opportunities
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales environments
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively close deals and build rapport
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage options
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse communities effectively
- Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM systems for managing client information
- Knowledge of marketing principles to develop targeted outreach campaigns

- Must be licensed or willing to obtain license within a 30 day period.
