Insurance Producer

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and networking.

- Deliver professional presentations of coverage options and explain benefits clearly.
- Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
- Stay informed on industry trends, policy changes, and competitive products.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Active Insurance License (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health).
- Prior experience in insurance sales, financial services, or related sales roles preferred.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
