This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Agent located in Kaufman, TX. The Insurance Agent will build and maintain strong client relationships, provide information on various insurance products, and customize coverage solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include selling and servicing insurance policies, conducting client consultations, and managing policy renewals. Agents will also identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Strong background in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Knowledge of Finance principles and concepts
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent Customer Service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Licensure as per state insurance requirements or ability to obtain licensure promptly
- Relevant sales or client relations experience is a plus
