We are seeking a Framers Insurance Agent Trainee to join our Farmers Insurance agency. This role is ideal for a motivated insurance sales professional who is open to obtaining their Property & Casualty license. Who also enjoys building relationships, closing new business, and providing exceptional customer service.
As a Farmers Insurance Agent Trainee you will generate new business, manage existing accounts, and help clients protect what matters most through personalized insurance solutions.
This is a paid position with base pay plus commission, bonuses, and long-term growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and service Property & Casualty insurance policies, including auto, home, renters, umbrella, and commercial insurance
- Generate new business through outbound calls, inbound leads, referrals, and cross-selling
- Conduct insurance quotes, policy reviews, renewals, and coverage comparisons
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up and account management
- Educate clients on coverage options, policy changes, and risk management strategies
- Use CRM and agency management systems for accurate data entry, documentation, and follow-up
- Meet or exceed sales goals, production targets, and retention benchmarks
- Provide professional customer service, account servicing, and problem resolution
