Job Overview
We’re looking for an outgoing and motivated Engagement Specialist to join our team at Farmers Insurance. In this role, you’ll connect with homeowners and drivers who are looking for Home and Auto insurance quotes and guide them through the process in a friendly, helpful way. You’ll be the first point of contact responsible for building relationships, starting conversations, and helping families find the right coverage to protect what matters most. Duties
- Reach out to prospective clients who have requested or shown interest in Home and Auto insurance quotes
- Follow up consistently with leads to move conversations toward providing personalized coverage options
- Communicate confidently by phone, text, email, and in person to answer questions and explain coverage clearly
- Support marketing efforts to generate new quote opportunities
- Track outreach activity, quotes, and follow-ups to maintain an organized and active pipeline
- Work closely with agency team members to ensure quotes are delivered quickly and professionally
- Participate in local marketing initiatives and community events to help grow our presence
- Obtain Property & Casualty license within the first 60 days (with our help)
Experience
- Customer service, outreach, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable initiating conversations and maintaining follow-up schedules
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage client information
- Motivated by goals and performance expectations
- Insurance or financial services experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
