Our Farmers Insurance District Office is hiring an Engagement Specialist to help drive new business and create opportunities through outbound outreach and relationship-building.

Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, creating strong first impressions and initiating meaningful conversations
- Identify customer needs and confidently guide them to the appropriate licensed insurance professional for personalized support
- Maintain a high level of energy, resilience, and professionalism in a results-driven environment
- Monitor personal performance metrics and continuously look for ways to improve effectiveness and outcomes
- Actively participate in team trainings, coaching sessions, and team meetings to sharpen skills and stay aligned with goals
- Represent the district in the community by attending local events, building relationships, and generating interest through face-to-face interactions
