What You’ll Do
- Develop new business by identifying leads, making proactive outreach, and converting opportunities into long-term clients
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized insurance reviews and exceptional service
- Sell and cross-sell a diverse portfolio of products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
- Hit and exceed performance goals to drive personal and agency growth
- Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, renewals, and client data
- Stay current on product knowledge, state regulations, and Farmers best practices
- Collaborate in a results-driven and supportive team environment
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (1 years preferred)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and be coached
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (or ability to obtain promptly)
- Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
