Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities throughout the state of Michigan, for a Protégé Agency Producer. In this position, you will assist in acquiring and servicing clients, managing and growing a book of business, and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, building relationships with clients, processing applications, and actively participating in coaching programs to enhance business and leadership skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment while following compliance and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development
• Proven ability in Customer Service, Relationship Building, and Needs-Based Problem Solving
• Proficiency in Time Management, Organizational Skills, and Goal Setting
• Basic understanding of insurance products and willingness to obtain the required licensing
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
• Proficiency with technology and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
