What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage prospective clients
- Advise customers on insurance options that fit their needs
- Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
- Build and maintain client relationships through excellent service
- Achieve personal sales goals and support our agency’s growth
- Organize and track leads with CRM software
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to get licensed
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Base salary plus unlimited commission
