What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow your client base through networking, referrals, and local engagement
- Guide clients through our diverse insurance products including auto, home, life, business, and specialty coverage
- Assess each client’s unique needs to create personalized insurance solutions
- Oversee the sales process—from lead generation and consultations to presenting recommendations and closing policies
- Build trust and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with proactive follow-up and exceptional service
- Achieve and surpass sales goals while always providing genuine value to clients
- Keep up-to-date with insurance industry changes and new product offerings
- Excellent communicator with a talent for building rapport
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial
- Able to work independently and stay organized
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Willing to obtain or maintain an insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty)
- Bilingual abilities are welcomed
