What You’ll Do
- Drive revenue by consistently identifying and engaging new prospects, turning leads into loyal policyholders
- Consult with potential clients, assess their individual insurance needs, and deliver thoughtful, customized solutions
- Sell and cross-sell a comprehensive range of Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional service, ongoing communication, and regular policy reviews
- Routinely meet and exceed sales targets to power agency growth and receive top recognition
- Stay informed on product offerings, compliance, and proven sales strategies
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools to efficiently progress prospects to binding coverage
- Collaborate in team meetings, sharing strategies and contributing to collective results
We’re searching for career-minded, results-driven individuals with:
- 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills
- Relentless confidence with outbound calls and closing business
- A coachable, tenacious, goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- (Preferred) Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license, or willingness to obtain
- Bilingual abilities (a plus!)
