About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective and current clients to build long-term relationships
- Assist customers in finding insurance solutions that fit their personal and business needs
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, follow-up activities, and agency-supported leads
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage options, including life insurance products
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects and clients while delivering a high level of service
- Contribute to both personal performance goals and overall agency growth
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Self-driven individuals who enjoy working toward goals and achieving results
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or working directly with clients is a plus
- Strong time management skills with the ability to stay organized and work independently
- Coachable attitude with a desire to grow professionally and learn new skills
- Current insurance licensing is welcomed, but we’re also open to candidates willing to become licensed
