Position: Outdoor Power Sales Associate (Full-Time)

Pay Rate: $14-$16/hr

About Us: Farm and Home Hardware has proudly served our local communities, offering high-quality hardware, home improvement products, and outdoor power equipment. We're looking for a knowledgeable and friendly individual to join our team as an Outdoor Power Sales Associate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting outdoor power equipment, including lawnmowers, chainsaws, trimmers, and generators.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on product features, maintenance, and safe operation.
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor displays and outdoor equipment areas.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the sales counter.
• Manage inventory, stock shelves, and ensure products are clearly priced and labeled.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proficient in basic computer skills and able to navigate point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Previous retail sales experience, particularly with outdoor power equipment, preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn product specifications and communicate effectively with customers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.
