The Opportunity

As a Marketing Associate, you will be the engine that drives our agency’s growth. You will be the crucial first point of contact for potential clients, sparking their interest and setting our sales team up for success.

What you will do every day:

• Connect: Call businesses and individuals daily to introduce our top-tier insurance solutions.
• Build Value: Use engaging scripts and personal flair to hook prospects and secure high-value sales appointments.
• Discover: Ask smart questions to gather critical risk and insurance information from potential clients.
• Collaborate: Keep meticulous records of your success and seamlessly hand off qualified leads to our Sales Associates.
• Adapt: Continually sharpen your approach, tweaking scripts to match the unique needs of the people you talk to.

What It Takes to Succeed

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Four-year college degree is a nice bonus).
• Experience: Background in customer service or retail sales is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication, basic PC and math skills, and the ability to solve problems on the fly.
• Mindset: A positive attitude, a desire to hit goals, and a genuine eagerness to learn the insurance industry.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a structured schedule and occasional non-standard hours to reach clients when they are available.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
