Fareva Richmond is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team in Eastern Henrico County. Operating out of our premier 745,000-square-foot, climate-controlled facility, you will be the cornerstone of customer satisfaction, leading cross-functional teams to deliver 5–10 moderate-complexity projects annually.
The Impact You’ll Make
As a pivotal leader at our site, you will manage a portfolio across 2–4 customers, ensuring every project—from R&D to Technical Transfer launches—is executed with precision, safety, and industry-leading quality.
- Lead with Authority: Act as the primary voice of the project for all stakeholders, managing portfolios with 2M–5M units per year.
- Drive Collaboration: Bridge the gap between R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to foster open communication and successful execution.
- Master the Timeline: Build and maintain full project plans, strategically allocating resources and mitigating material risks.
- Ensure Compliance: Act as a champion for cGMP compliance and meticulous quality documentation.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 3–6 years of project management experience specifically within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Exposure to packaging, process, and manufacturing—ideally in personal care or a similar sector.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related discipline.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in PM software (MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Jira) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- The "Plus" Factors: PMP/CAPM certification, Lean Six Sigma belts, ERP/SAP experience, or fluency in French/Spanish are all highly valued.
