We are seeking a Records Management Specialist to support information governance, FOIA processing, and records management activities in a federal environment. Responsibilities
- Manage and process FOIA and Privacy Act requests, ensuring timely and compliant responses
- Maintain and organize records in accordance with federal policies, procedures, and retention schedules
- Administer and manage SharePoint sites, including user access, permissions, and content organization
- Support records tracking and reporting using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Develop reports and analytics related to records management and information governance activities
- Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate reporting and administrative tasks
- Assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing information governance policies and procedures
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of records and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve records management processes and compliance
- Must have an active Public Trust security Clearance
- Must be willing and able to work fully onsite at the location listed in this posting
- 3 years of experience in records management, information governance, or a related field
- Experience supporting FOIA and Privacy Act processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- GCIA (GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst)
- GCIH (GIAC Certified Incident Handler) or equivalent
