- Safety Planning: Assist in developing Individual and Family Safety Plans to ensure a secure and supportive environment.
- Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all services provided, including progress notes and service goal updates, ensuring timely submissions.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related human services field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in community support, case management, or related roles.
- Proven experience working with at-risk children, adolescents, and families.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with diverse populations.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Access to a laptop, a valid Georgia driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is a plus!
