Budgeted Hours
Full-Time Salaried Role:
25–30 client sessions per week
Approximately 30–40 total hours per week, including documentation and coordination
Part-Time / Per Diem Role:
8–20 client sessions per week
Approximately 10–25 total hours per week, depending on caseload
Responsibilities
Provide outpatient psychotherapy to a diverse, primarily insurance-based caseload
Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical clinical documentation
Support diagnosis, treatment planning, and medical necessity
Comply with HIPAA, ethical standards, and payer requirements
Collaborate with clinical leadership and administrative teams as needed
Requirements
Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health field
Strong documentation and diagnostic skills
Working knowledge of DSM-5, ICD-10, and HIPAA
Ability to maintain a consistent client schedule
