We are a group practice based in Riverside, CA offering individual, couples, family, and group therapy both in-person and via telehealth. Most of our clients are insurance-referred, low-acuity individuals seeking treatment for adjustment disorders, depression, and anxiety.
Job Overview:
Work Schedule & Pay
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Includes clinical, non-clinical, and clinical supervision
Hourly pay range: $18.50 – $21.50 per hour
Example: At $21.50/hour, annual base pay = $44,720
Clinical Session Requirement
Minimum of 25 therapy sessions per week (each 60 minutes) in order to transition into the full-time role.
Note: All associates start as “Piece Rate Workers” until they build up a full caseload and may be offered the “Full Time Benefitted” position if expectations are met.
Commission Pay
Standard Commission: $16.50 per session (up to 25 sessions)
Bonus Commission: $55 per session for all sessions above 25 per week
Important Rule
If the weekly session average drops below 25, bonus commission is paused
Bonus commission resumes once the 25-session average is regained
