Now Hiring: Licensed Therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, PhD – California Licensed Only)
Whether you're looking for flexibility, benefits, or a long-term career home, we have a position to match your goals:

🔹 Job Options:

1. W-2 Per Diem (Fee-for-Service):

• $50–$65 per session

• Flexible schedule

• Minimum of 8 sessions/week

• No benefits

2. W-2 Salaried Position:

• $72,000–$82,000 base salary

• Must maintain a caseload of 25 sessions/week

• Full benefits: health insurance, retirement, profit-sharing 401(k), PTO

• Bonus of $70–$80 per session for clients seen above 25/week

3. 1099 Independent Contractor (for qualifying S-Corp owners only):

• 70/30 revenue split (you keep 70%)

• We handle billing, admin, EHR, support staff, and more

• Great for those building their own business within a supportive ecosystem

• Must meet California’s business-to-business exemption requirements (S-Corp status required)

Duties:

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to a diverse caseload of primarily insurance-based clients

• Complete clinical documentation that supports medical necessity and adheres to HIPAA and ethical standards

• Collaborate with our administrative and clinical support teams as needed

Requirements:

• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD)

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or related field

• Strong grasp of clinical documentation, diagnosis, and treatment planning

• Familiarity with ICD-10, DSM-5, and HIPAA compliance

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage a consistent client schedule
