What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Psychotherapist - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) position at Family Service Madison?
This position requires full, independent licensure; applicants holding training licenses or working toward independent licensure are not eligible for this position.
Experience providing brief, solution-focused therapy, crisis assessment, and referral services is preferred.
Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) experience preferred.
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
Eligible candidates must pass a Wisconsin caregiver background check and criminal history screening.
