Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-10 coding standards to accurately identify mental health conditions.
- Deliver individual outpatient therapy.
- Ensures full compliance with psychiatric‑emergency regulations and mandated‑reporting requirements, including completing CPS reports in accordance with Wisconsin law whenever safety concerns meet statutory criteria.
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations, maintaining meticulous medical documentation and records.
- Utilize Telehealth platform for remote therapy sessions while adhering to clinical documentation standards and ensuring confidentiality.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, when needed, including social workers, educators, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Master's degree Fully Licensed clinicians in Wisconsin: Psychologists (PhD/PsyD), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT). Will consider APSW for the right fit.
- Proven ability to deliver high‑quality psychotherapy grounded in evidence‑based modalities, while consistently building trusting, empathic, and collaborative relationships with clients.
- Strong knowledge of ICD coding systems (ICD-10) for accurate diagnosis documentation.
- Experience with telehealth therapy platforms and outpatient clinical settings preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle crisis situations effectively and manage complex cases.
