Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Provider to join our team. The Child Care Provider will be responsible for implementing educational programs that promote literacy, and social development.
Duties
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Provide individualized support to children, including those with special needs.
- Assess children's progress through standardized testing and informal evaluations.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
Skills
- Experience working with children in daycare or similar environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience with special education practices is a plus.
