Corporate Paralegal
A sophisticated single-family office is looking to add a Corporate Paralegal to its lean legal team. This is a highly visible, generalist role supporting a complex global platform with exposure across corporate governance, entities, contracts, and transactions.
You’ll work closely with a long-tenured General Counsel in a professional, fast-moving, and extremely stable environment. The team is small, collaborative, and trusted with highly confidential matters.
The Role
This position is ideal for an experienced corporate paralegal who enjoys owning work end-to-end and partnering closely with senior leadership.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and organizing NDAs, engagement letters, resolutions, and other corporate contracts
- Tracking contract terms, deadlines, and maintaining contract databases and digital files
- Managing domestic and international entities and related records
- Supporting transactions at various stages
- Conducting legal research, including cross-border matters
- Preparing organizational charts, summaries, and presentation materials
- Exercising discretion and sound judgment with highly confidential information
Ideal Background
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4 years of corporate paralegal experience
- Strong understanding of entity structures, corporate governance, and transaction processes
- Excellent drafting, proofreading, organizational, and communication skills
