A highly prominent Manhattan socialite seeks an experienced, impeccably polished Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive day-to-day support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, refined judgment, and a sophisticated understanding of culture, fashion, and lifestyle management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal’s right hand and gatekeeper, managing communications, scheduling, and daily priorities with discretion and poise.
- Oversee all email correspondence, ensuring timely, accurate, and polished communication on behalf of the principal.
- Liaise with a wide range of high-profile contacts, vendors, and household staff with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Maintain and update complex calendars, coordinate meetings, appointments, and personal engagements across multiple time zones.
- Research and book restaurants, events, galleries, theater, and travel arrangements, reflecting the principal’s discerning taste.
- Support fashion, beauty, and philanthropic endeavors as needed; assist with event preparation and attendance.
- Travel occasionally to secondary residences in the Hamptons and Los Angeles to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Handle personal errands and ad hoc projects with efficiency and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting a UHNW (Ultra-High-Net-Worth) individual or family.
- Deep familiarity with New York City’s fashion, art, culture, and hospitality scene.
- Impeccable communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Diplomatic, poised, and hospitality-minded, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues gracefully.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt fluidly in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
- Valid driver’s license and comfort navigating the city when required.
