This is a full-time hybrid role for a Caregiver Recruiter based in the Washington DC-Baltimore area, with opportunities for remote work. The Caregiver Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding experienced caregivers to meet the needs of clients. Daily tasks include recruiting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, vetting credentials, coordinating onboarding processes, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The recruiter will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper placement of caregivers with clients.
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for candidate interviews and interactions
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Organizational skills for managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of home care or healthcare industries is a plus
- Proficiency in technology and office tools, such as MS Office and CRMs
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, both remotely and in-office
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
