Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate and implement patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Participate in health coaching and provide guidance on lifestyle modifications
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
