Job description
Job Duties
- Scheduling Staff with Individuals
- Scheduling Staff and communicating with staff about upcoming appointments for individuals
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding shifts, call in's, picking up shifts and transfer calls to other appropriate office staff
- Communicating schedule changes with staff
- Verifying scheduling book and ADP match
- Making sure monthly service verifications match schedules
- Deactivating associates in Therap
- Schedules are updated in ADP
- Calling staff to fulfill shifts as needed
- Keeping up with call-ins and pointing accordingly
- Carrying out write-ups in accordance with our policies
- Any other activities that are deemed necessary for the position. - Working hours in the office is Mon - Fri 8am - 4:30pm
- Rotate on Call, answering and fulfilling shifts after hours. You must be able to work all shifts as needed while on on -call.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a scheduler or in a related role (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage schedules and appointments
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with Staff and individuals
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle call volumes in a professional manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
