We are a private, not-for-profit organization that coordinates public health grants for a 26-county region in central PA, seeking an Administrative Coordinator – a full-time (37.5 hours per week) hybrid position balanced between work-from-home and 50% time within our Camp Hill, PA office. $21-$24 per hour, depending on work experience.
Requirements
The successful candidate will perform a variety of organizational support functions and administrative tasks including: assisting with client needs; organizing and supporting meetings and events; providing document management; coordinating shipping and mailing, copying and printing assignments; facilities support/coordinating with vendors, maintaining organizational supply needs and additional duties as assigned.
Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, be extremely accurate, organized, and able to multitask. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a necessity. Current driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Child Protection Clearances(formerly "Act 153 Clearances")
The following clearances and background checks are required upon employment and as a condition of continued employment:
- PA State Police Criminal Record Check (PATCH)
- FBI Criminal Record Check, from fingerprinting
- PA Child Abuse History Clearance (PACA)
