We are currently seeking Technical Assistant for the arcade within Insert Location Here

What will you be doing as a Technical Assistant with Family Entertainment Group?
- Providing excellent guest service
- Troubleshooting and repairing arcade games and attractions
- Completing maintenance tasks as assigned by the Technical Manager
- Maintaining an accurate inventory of parts, tools, and equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance as directed by the Technical Manager
- Assisting in performing routine inspections on equipment
- Assisting in the assembly of new pieces of equipment
- Acting with a sense of urgency to keep all games and attractions operational
- Assisting in other departments when called upon to do so

Requirements
The ideal candidate has:
- A background in arcade game and attraction maintenance or experience working with similar equipment in related industries such as casinos or bowling alleys is a plus but not required. This is an entry-level position, the training you need to be successful in this role will be provided
- Some experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical issues
- Some experience assembling and disassembling mechanical components
- Ability to follow directions closely and accurately
- General knowledge of and familiarity with common tools and hardware
- Basic computer skills
- A willingness to learn new things. The ideal candidate would be highly coachable
