We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our amazing team!

What will you be doing as a Shift Supervisor with Family Entertainment Group?
? Providing excellent guest service
? Assisting guests with purchasing game cards
? Assisting guests with arcade games and attractions
? Ensuring the location is safe and clean for our guests
? Filling games with tickets and fixing minor arcade game problems
? Managing and balancing cash drawers
? Representing the company in addressing guest concerns
? Providing leadership to a team of amazing co-workers

Requirements
? Has experience in guest service / customer service roles
? Has experience leading teams of staff members toward success
? Has the ability to train and coach staff members on tasks and guest service
? Has experience counting and balancing cash drawers and deposits
? Is energetic, outgoing, and upbeat. Sets a positive example for the team.
? Enjoys making a difference in the lives of our guests through outstanding guest service
? Is coachable and willing to learn. No arcade supervisory experience is required for this
position, we will provide you with all the training you need!
? Enjoys being part of a team and has a teamwork attitude
? Is willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
