Family Credit Management is a nationwide nonprofit debt management organization, and we're looking for friendly, compassionate, and detail-oriented individuals to support our clients every day.
As a Client Services Representative, you'll work primarily with existing clients, helping them through questions and updates via email and text, with occasional phone calls when needed. You'll play an important role in making sure our clients feel supported, informed, and confident in their financial journey.
We provide complete in-person training. No experience required!
This is a full-time, in-person position at our Rockford office (4306 Charles Street).
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
What You'll Do

Communicate with clients mainly through email and text, and by phone when needed

Research and resolve client questions or issues

Follow up with clients to make sure concerns are fully addressed

Work independently while collaborating with your team and supervisors

Maintain a calm, professional, and compassionate tone
What We're Looking For

Strong written communication skills - this role relies heavily on clear, thoughtful email and text communication

Comfortable typing (minimum 40 WPM)

Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment

A positive, empathetic attitude - our clients are often going through tough times

Computer skills, including Outlook and Word (we will provide training on our system).
