Customer Service RepresentativeIndustry: ManufacturingExperience Required: 2–5 yearsJob Location: Schaumburg, IL (initial few weeks) → Huntley, IL (permanent location) Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our manufacturing team. The CSR will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication, timely resolution of inquiries, and excellent service delivery. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with manufacturing processes.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.Process customer orders, track shipments, and provide status updates.Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and complaints.Resolve product or service issues promptly, escalating complex cases when necessary.Support after-sales service, including warranty claims and product returns.Prepare reports on customer feedback and suggest improvements.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in business, commerce, or related field.1–5 years of customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial sectors.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Company DescriptionWe are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
