What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls and emails, providing clear and helpful solutions.
- Manage order processes including entry, changes, returns, and monitoring status to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to orders, transportation, and invoicing.
- Build strong relationships with customers and Key Account Managers through regular communication and meetings.
- Provide reports and updates as needed, ensuring transparency and proactive problem-solving.

Salary : $53,000 - $65,000
