Food Prep Worker (Part-time)
Families First of Minnesota has 1 part-time, full-year Food Prep Worker position available at The Place in Rochester, MN. This position prepares and cooks family style meals for children, volunteers, and staff. This position works in a professional manner with Head Start staff, parents, and children, outside community members and, when applicable, landlords. This position is responsible for following the Head Start Performance Standards, State of Minnesota CACFP regulations, and county regulations for food licensed sites.
Qualifications
This non-exempt position is scheduled 20 hours/week, Monday-Friday between the hours
of 1:30 P.M and 5:30 P.M. Compensation for this position is $19.66/hour. Our Food Prep Worker position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position must have or be willing to attend and complete Food Manager Certification course.
