Falls Filtration a leader in the Aerospace industry is seeking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales professional to join our team. This position is responsible for building customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and supporting company growth through excellent communication and sales skills.
Responsibilities
· Manage customer RFQ’s, sales orders and backlog by using the company’s computer system and customer’s online portals.
· Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding order-related issues.
· Maintain and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
· Contact potential and existing clients through phone calls, emails, and appointments.
· Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their business needs.
· Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales recommendations.
· Present company products and services to potential clients.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
· Work closely with management to support sales goals and company growth.
· Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent customer service.
· Submit reports, activity updates, and sales information as needed.
· Support team goals and assist with additional sales-related tasks when required.
Qualifications
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
· Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
