Responsibilities
- Quote and sell personal lines insurance including home, auto, umbrella, and life
- Conduct professional coverage reviews and guide clients through insurance decisions
- Service the policies you sell, including:
- Underwriting follow-ups
- Proof of insurance requests for lenders and banks
- Policy changes, endorsements, and rewrites
- Save attempts prior to cancellation
- Communicate with underwriting and carriers as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in the agency CRM
- Follow up on pending quotes and open items daily
- Meet monthly production, quality, and retention standards
- Return all customer calls the same business day
Requirements
- Active resident license in Property & Casualty and Life & Health
- Ability to obtain required non-resident licenses. (reimbursed after first quarterly bonus)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with performance-based compensation
- Coachable, accountable, and professional
- Ability to manage both sales and service responsibilities
- Full-time availability during standard business hours
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
