Responsibilities
  • Generate and close new business (home, auto, life)
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide proper coverage guidance
  • Follow a structured sales process and daily activity expectations
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and communication
  • Develop the skills needed to operate and grow an agency
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and training

Requirements
  • Strong work ethic and self-discipline
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Comfortable in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Willing to obtain Property and Casualty and Life licenses (training provided)
  • Serious about long-term growth and agency ownership

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
