Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business (home, auto, life)
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide proper coverage guidance
- Follow a structured sales process and daily activity expectations
- Maintain consistent follow-up and communication
- Develop the skills needed to operate and grow an agency
- Participate in ongoing coaching and training
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and self-discipline
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Comfortable in a performance-driven environment
- Strong communication skills
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Willing to obtain Property and Casualty and Life licenses (training provided)
- Serious about long-term growth and agency ownership
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
