Reports To: Quality & Safety Manager | Status: Non-Exempt
$31.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience)

You’ll design, implement, and oversee our Infection Prevention and Control Program (IPCP) — the backbone of how we ensure excellence in quality and safety every day.

What You’ll Do

Champion our Infection Prevention and Control Program — from planning and policy to real-time monitoring and education.

Conduct facility-wide surveillance, identify infection trends, and coordinate investigations.

Partner with the Pharmacy Director to support our Antibiotic Stewardship Program.

Develop and update infection prevention policies in alignment with CDC, APIC, OSHA, and state standards.

Educate and empower staff on best practices in infection control, hygiene, isolation, and patient safety.

Lead infection-related quality improvement initiatives and maintain accreditation readiness.

Serve as the facility expert and liaison for state, federal, and accrediting agencies
