About the Role

FalconTek is hiring a Management Analyst to support ship maintenance and modernization planning at a major Navy regional maintenance command at Naval Station Norfolk — the largest naval base in the world. • Pull data from Navy maintenance systems and build historical and predictive analyses that drive resource allocation and trend decisions
  • Develop budget estimates and forecasts with detailed justifications
  • Draft and revise risk letters and naval messages in proper DON correspondence format
  • Review work specifications, maintain planning and execution reports, and validate integrated schedules
  • Conduct organizational and position management studies and recommend improvements to structure, staffing, and workload distribution
  • Present findings and recommendations on the spot to large groups, including senior leadership

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (required — no substitutions)
  • Five (5) years of in-depth knowledge of surface ship modernization, maintenance, and repair policies and methods
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills — Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a DoD SECRET clearance
  • Ability to work on-site during command core hours (0830–1100 / 1300–1430, with gliding bands, Monday–Friday)

Who Thrives Here
