Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing of diesel trucks, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and buffing to achieve pristine condition
- Use automotive buffers and cleaning tools to remove dirt, grime, and road residues effectively
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness by applying proper cleaning techniques for windows, exteriors, interiors, and tires
- Assist with janitorial tasks around the facility to ensure a safe and tidy work environment
- Conduct light heavy lifting during the handling of equipment or vehicles as needed
- Follow safe work practices at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during detailing processes
- Support additional custodial duties such as window tinting or minor repairs to enhance vehicle appearance and customer satisfaction
Skills
- Strong understanding of safe work practices in auto detailing and custodial environments
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Prior experience in an auto detailing facility or car wash environment is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently when handling equipment or vehicles
- Proficiency with automotive buffers, cleaning tools, and detailing products
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance routines focused on cleanliness and presentation
- Experience with janitorial or custodial tasks that require attention to detail and consistency
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record for moving vehicles within the facility if required
- Familiarity with window tinting techniques is a plus but not mandatory
