Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates across various industries and role types.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from outreach to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal team members.
• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach to identify top talent.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and guide them throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation within the ATS.
• Support business development efforts by identifying potential client needs and opportunities.
• Ensure a positive, professional experience for all candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a desire to exceed goals.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting interviews.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced in-office environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
