Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across various industries and role types.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from outreach to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal team members.
- Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach to identify top talent.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and guide them throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation within the ATS.
- Support business development efforts by identifying potential client needs and opportunities.
- Ensure a positive, professional experience for all candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a desire to exceed goals.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting interviews.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced in-office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
